We provide assistance in getting enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP. MOST insurances are accepted.
We help provide you with the resources you need by getting you in contact with the community and provide assistance wherever you need.

We have an on-site SHIBA counselor who helps you understand how your Medicare plan works and what your options are for supplemental insurance and/or drug plans that meet your needs. We can also give you information about the Medicare Savings Program which helps low-income individuals to see if they can qualify for extra benefits.
Our enrollment counselors can help explain how the Medicaid program works and what the eligibility requirements are. They can also help you complete your application for you and your family. We want you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your health insurance options.
Starting 2020, more individuals and families are eligible for Medicaid due to the expansion in income limits. More Idahoans can now get free or low-cost, quality health insurance that covers preventive care, doctor visits, dental, mental health, prescriptions, hospitalization, and more. You may be eligible now; our enrollment counselors can talk to you and see if you meet the eligibility guidelines.
Our enrollment counselors can give you information about affordable health insurance through Your Health Idaho, the state’s marketplace. You can apply for tax credits that can pay for part of your health insurance premiums, we are here to help!
